SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased from Himalaya Gear, Darjeeling.

1. Order Processing Time : 
- All orders are processed within 2 ( two) business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliver.

 2. Shipping Rates :
- We offer free delivery for a purchase of above Rs. 2500 at single click. Below the order value of Rs. 2500, shipping cost  will  extra. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

3.Shipping Methods: 
We utilize various carriers to ensure timely delivery. The available shipping methods may include:

  - Standard Shipping
  - Expedited Shipping
  - Overnight Shipping is not available...

- Expected delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method.

For within India we normally send parcel via Indian Postal Speed Post service.

4. International Shipping: 
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

- Order processing may take longer for international shipments.

5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues
- If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at 0091 9734474456 as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

7.. Returns and Exchanges: 
- Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return or exchange items. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 HIMALAYA GEAR, Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Himalaya Gear!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 20 days of your purchase, if 20 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at himalayagears@gmail.com and send your item to:

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

Gift cards
Some health and personal care

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
